Welcome to Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten at St. Thomas Academy! Preschool is such a special time for kids, at STA we have created a program for three-year-olds and four-year-olds to learn through play and social experiences with others their same age. In this program, we focus on play as a vehicle to encourage language development as well as collaborative and creative experiences for our students. Our goal is for our students to practice social as well as fine and gross motor skills that would encourage cooperation with others, writing, and control as they move through Pre-K and on to kindergarten! Our classroom is purposefully designed around seasonal themes with accessible materials for our students and learning experiences that include art, dramatic play, Religion, science and math activities, music, PE, and Spanish!
We currently have OPEN slots for both three (3) and four (4) year-olds in our program!
