St Thomas Academy is required by Oregon State Law to keep a record of each student’s immunizations, as well as post publicly the percentage of immunized students enrolled at the school.
Immunization Records
During the enrollment process, a student’s immunization records must be provided to the school and maintained during their enrollment at St Thomas Academy.
Exclusion Day
Each year students’ immunization records are reviewed. If a student does not meet the state requirements by the state-mandated exclusion date (February 16, 2022), they are not allowed back to school until records are brought up to date.
